Prof. Qian-Cheng Wang honoured the Best Paper Award at the International Conference on Construction and Real Estate Management

On 10 August 2025, Prof. Qian-Cheng Wang was honoured with the Best Paper Award at the International Conference on Construction and Real Estate Management (ICCREM 2025). His award-winning paper examined the role and principal challenges of AI in the building sector to fulfil its ESG objectives. 

Since its inauguration in 2003, ICCREM has been held annually and has become a conference of considerable influence in the fields of architecture and real estate science. In recent years, the ICCREM conference has evolved into an international platform for the exchange of ideas among higher education institutions, research institutes, government bodies and industry organisations.
