Congratulations to Professor Cheung Sai On for receiving the General Research Fund (GRF) 2022-2023 with his project titled "Toward Behaviour-based Construction Incentivisation". A novel approach of incorporating behavioral criteria in the formulation of construction incentivization is proposed. This approach gives due recognition to the significant influence of intrinsic performance motivators to complement the conventional use of monetary incentive.
