Congratulations to Mr YAN Wai Hei (BSAS student)

Mr YAN Wai Hei, our BSAS student was selected by the Hong Kong Region Judging Session of ARCASIA ACA18 Student Competition on 18 May 2018 as one of the Top 2 submissions from the 8 entries from 4 accredited Architecture programmes - HKU, CUHK, CityU and Chu Hoi. The 2 students will represent Hong Kong to join the 2018 Student Jamboree Competition in Tokyo to compete with other entries from ARCASIA countries and cities in the 18th of Asian Congress of Architects (ACA 18) in 2018, in Tokyo.

The Architects Regional Council Asia (ARCASIA) is a Council of the presidents of the National Institutes of Architects of twenty-one Asian countries that are members of ARCASIA. Every two years, an ARCASIA Congress is hosted by one of the member countries of ARCASIA. ARCASIA Board has decided to organize a design competition among the individual students of its member countries in this Congress. The Japan Institute of Architects (JIA) will host the 18th of Asian Congress of Architects (ACA 18) and the Student Competition in 2018 in Tokyo.
