Driven by an intrinsic curiosity, my career as an Architect and Urban Designer spans over 25 years of professional practice and academic engagement. I believe in a holistic approach to design, where the convergence of different disciplines creates spaces that are not just functional, but inspiring.

My professional journey includes a 16-year tenure as Design Director at RAD Ltd, where I led teams to success on high-profile projects across Asia, from several award-winning projects in Hong Kong to masterplans and hospitality projects in mainland China and India. Alongside this, I have maintained a parallel career in industrial design and exhibition curation, having designed for the Architecture Venice Biennale, the university of La Sorbonne in Paris and collaborating with iconic architects such as Massimiliano Fuksas, Emilio Ambasz and Alfredo Arribas.

Currently, I serve as an Adjunct Professor at City University of Hong Kong, a Visiting Professor at the University of Saint Joseph (USJ Macao), and a Lecturer at the Hong Kong Design Institute (HKDI). In these roles, I focus on translating the collaborative thought processes of the studio floor into an accessible pedagogical framework. My goal is to prepare students for the complexities of the modern design industry by emphasizing strategic thinking, experimentation, and the power of interdisciplinary teamwork.
