Reappointment of Prof YUEN Kwok Kit Richard as a Member of the CSPE

We are pleased to share that Prof. YUEN Kwok Kit Richard has been reappointed as Member of the Committee on Self-financing Post-secondary Education (CSPE) for a period of two years from 1 November 2025 to 31 October 2027.

Prof. YUEN has also been appointed as Chairman of the Sub-committee on Quality Assurance and re-appointed as Member of the Sub-committee on Support Measures, two of the three Sub-committees established under CSPE.

The Committee on Self-financing Post-secondary Education was established in 2012 to advise the Government on the development of the self-financing post-secondary education sector from macro and strategic perspectives. It serves as a platform for discussing issues of common interest to the sector, promoting the quality and development of the sector, as well as formulating and promoting good practices.
