The Career Talk by The Planning and Development Division (PDD) of Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) was successfully held on 26 March 2026. It was one of the MUDP Lecture Series and we are honoured to have invited Sr. Victor Ng, Chairman of PDD, HKIS, and Sr. Terence Wai, former Chairman of PDD, HKIS, who gave a lecture about the regulatory procedure and development control for Hong Kong’s real estate development.
