Biography:
Prof. HUANG Chongfu's research interest covers various areas in risk analysis of natural disasters. Topics include Risk Analysis, Pattern Recognition, Fuzzy Systems, Earthquake, Flood and so on. He is the president of Risk Analysis Council of China Association for Disaster Prevention and the editor in chief of International Series in Advances in Fuzzy mathematics and Engineering.
