The Grants Management Team of Talent and Education Development Office (TED), led by the TED Director, provides administrative support for Teaching Development Grant and related activities. The Team is responsible for:

1. providing support for grants administration, policy formulation and strategic planning;
2. providing administrative support services including funding allocation, expenditures and progress monitoring;
3. developing and maintaining a central database for grants and related activities;
4. acting as a focal point for project information dissemination and liaison with other support units;
5. compiling reports to the UGC on the University's Teaching Development Grant; and
6. providing secretarial support to the TDG Approval Panel.
