Professor Henry CHUNG Shu-hung, Dean of Students, welcomed the attendees and outlined the University's strategic directions for supporting student-athletes. The workshop covered essential topics, including academic guidance, accommodation, scholarships, and career pathways. A highlight was the interactive session where new student-athletes connected with current team members, managers, and coaches, providing valuable insights into our vibrant sporting culture. The Aquatic Meet on 21 September 2024 successfully engaged more than 60% of participants, despite the heavy rain, which highlighted the dedication and spirit of the athletes. Just one month apart, the Athletic Meet was held on 20 October 2024, drew around 200 attendees. Blessed with the ideal weather, students delivered impressive performances, breaking new records in the men's 5,000 meters and long jump.
