Ad-hoc Application Round for Student Residence
An Ad-hoc round application for UG students at the Kowloon Tong (KLNT) Compound is now open to full-time students enrolled in government-funded Bachelor's degree programmes.
All applications received will be placed on a waiting list. As vacancies arise, applications will be reviewed and considered subject to bedplace availability and the relevant admission policies.
Full-time students in government-funded Bachelor’s Degree Programmes
Priority will be given to:- Students who have never stayed in the Student Residence and without previous disciplinary records.
- Students who have confirmed the hall offer in the residential period 2026/27 will not be eligible for this round
- Applicants will be put on the waiting list after submission, applications will be considered subject to availability and policy guidelines.

Residential Period:Start: The actual check-in date will be confirmed individually in the result email sent to successful applicants.
End: 24 May 2027, 12:00 noon
Room Type and Hall lodging fee:- Double room
- Payment
The 1st instalment of the hall lodging fee must be settled in full to confirm acceptance of the hall offer. The 2nd instalment will be charged to your student account in December, and the payment will be due in January.
