Poster Session Details:

• Location: Y4502 , 4/F, Yellow Zone, Yeung Kin Man Academic Building, CityU Campus

• Poster Board Dimensions: 1 meter (width) x 2 meters (height)

• Recommended Poster Size: A0 (841 x 1189 mm or 33.1 x 46.8 inches) for optimal fit

Guidelines for Presenters:

• Design and print your poster in advance. No templates will be provided.

• The submitting author must send your e-file of poster to lbj@cityu.edu.hk for review and register for the workshop before the registration deadline.

• Bring your printed poster to the venue for setup on the day of your presentation.

• Deadline: 4 July 2025 (Friday)
