Abstract of contributed papers should be typed in LaTeX, not exceeding one page, both .tex and .pdf files should be sent to the Conference Secretariat by e-mail (lbj@cityu.edu.hk)

Each contributed talk will be about 20 minutes (15 minutes talk and
5 minutes Q & A session).
