Presentation Guidelines

Paper Presentations
Authors of contributed papers are requested to submit an abstract prepared in LaTeX, not exceeding one page. Both the .tex and .pdf files should be emailed to the Conference Secretariat at lbj@cityu.edu.hk no later than 1 May 2026.

Each contributed talk is allocated 30 minutes, comprising a 25-minute presentation followed by a 5-minute Q&A session.

Poster Session Details

Poster Specifications:

• Board Dimensions: 1 meter (width) x 2 meters (height)

• Recommended Poster Size: A0 (841 x 1189 mm or 33.1 x 46.8 inches) for optimal fit

Guidelines for Presenters:

• Design and print your poster in advance. No templates will be provided.

• The submitting author must email a digital copy (e-file) of the poster to lbj@cityu.edu.hk for review.

• Poster e-files must be submitted and registration completed by the deadline.

• Bring your printed poster to the venue for setup on the day of your session.
