Animal Works
Workflow of Application for Animal License in NS
- User completes the application form
- User approaches NS Technical Team to obtain the departmental chop
- NS Technical Team will send the completed Form 1 to DH and cc to the applicant
- A letter of acknowledgement will be sent from the DH
- After reviewing the application, DH will send email attached with the license (Form 2), Form 6 and Form 7
Points to Note
- No hard copy will be sent to applicant starting from 15 June 2022.
- Please refer to the Department of Health for the documents and details of application.
