The Program Chairs have decided to extend the
deadline since many colleagues are busy at the moment for marking
examination scripts and finalizing assessment results. The extension
allows them to have more time preparing papers for submission.
The cutting-off time of the listed dates is Hawaii Standard Time (HAST) 23:59 (GMT-10).
