ABSTRACT

In this talk, we begin with results the irrotational flow in the the unbounded domain, the maximum principle will be employed to estimate the potential function, achieved through the selection of appropriate comparison functions.   We will also present our recent work on the far-field convergence rate and stability of steady Euler flows with large vorticity and characteristic discontinuities in arbitrary infinitely long nozzles.
