CityUHK Mobile ID

Apart from using CityUHK Smart ID Cards, valid Library users can use their CityUHK Mobile ID to:

  1. Access the Library: Simply scan your CityUHK Mobile ID (QR code) on the QR code reader at the entrance gates to enter the Library.
  2. Borrow Items: Use your CityUHK Mobile ID (QR code) to check out books and other materials at the SelfCheck units or at the service counter.
  3. Pick Up Reserved Items: Retrieve your reserved materials quickly by scanning your CityUHK Mobile ID (QR code) on the QR code reader at the Smart Pickup System.
