General Guidelines

• The Libratorium is specifically allocated for university teaching and learning activities, as well as library-related events such as workshops and book talks.
• All time slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Booking for Libratorium can be made online via the Resource Booker.
• Each booking session begins at the top of the hour (e.g., 9:00, 18:00) and can extend for one or more hours.
• After an online booking is confirmed, users will receive an email confirmation.
• If a group arrives late for more than 15 minutes, their reservation will be canceled, and the room may be reassigned to another group for the remaining time of the booking.
• The venue operates on a self-service basis, so users are required to read and adhere to the instructions for the proper operation of any equipment or facilities.
• After using the room, please restore it to its original setting.
• Users are responsible for any damages of the furniture and equipment in the rooms.
• Please observe Library Regulations at all times.
