Eligible Users
CityUHK Academic Staff and Administrative Staff of Equivalent Status are eligible to make advance bookings for the Libratorium-A via the Resource Booker.

Important Notes:
- External visitor requests should be submitted to the Library at least 48 hours prior to the event booking time. A non-transferable “Permit of Entry” will be issued for the visitor upon approval. No borrowing privileges and access rights to the Library’s physical collections or electronic resources are granted. The Library reserves the right to admit or deny entry to any individual.
- For special booking arrangements, such as bookings more than 30 days in advance, eligible users may submit their requests via the online form.
