Conduct of Users

• Please take all personal belongings with you when leaving the room. The Library is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal property.
• Library staff reserve the right to remove any unattended personal belongings without prior notice.
• Do not leave any Library collections or materials in The Collab Nest. Library staff reserve the right to remove any Library materials found in the rooms.
• Any damage to facilities in The Collab Nest should be reported to the Circulation Counter immediately. In case of misuse or negligence, users will be held responsible for the total cost incurred for repair or replacement.
• The Collab Nest are strictly for academic use only.
• Eating and smoking are NOT allowed inside The Collab Nest.
• Do not cover the windows.
• The Collab Nest should be kept clean and tidy at all times. Please take all trash with you when leaving the room and dispose of it properly.
• Please keep your voice down during discussion to avoid disturbing users outside the rooms.
• Bookings and usage rights are non-transferable to other users or outsiders.
• Library Regulations are subject to change without prior notice. Please observe Library Regulations at all times.

Important Notes to Users The Library reserves the right to take the following actions to ensure a safe and fair environment for all users: Inspect The Collab Nest at any time, including during active use. Cancel reservations for any users who violate Library Regulations. Make the final decision on space reallocation in the event of user disputes.
