Help on Library Facilities Booking System

How to Login

You can invoke the Library Facilities Booking System via the following channels:

  • CityU e-Portal
    • Login with your <Electronic ID> and <Password>.
    • Click on <Staff> or <Student> on the top menu bar.
    • Under <FACILITIES BOOKING>, select <Library Study Space & PC Booking>.
  • Library Home Page
    • Under <Facilities> on the top menu bar, mouse over <Computers and Equipment> or <Rooms> and click on <Booking>.
    • Click on one of the following tabs on the top menu bar:
      • <Group Study Room>
      • <Study Carrel>
      • <PC>
      • <3D Scan>
      • <Mini Theatre>
    • Enter your <Electronic ID> and <Password>.
    • Click on one of the following tabs on the top menu bar:
      • <Group Study Room>
      • <Study Carrel>
      • <PC>
      • <3D Scan>
      • <Mini Theatre>
