Call for Workshops

If you are interested in facilitating a workshop or interactive session on Day 1 of the conference, please submit your interest via HERE by 31st August 2026:

Key information:

• Workshops and interactive sessions (will be held on Day 1; Wednesday 21st April)
• 90 to 120 minute duration
• Facilitators should aim to foster participant engagement and interaction around the topic using hands-on activities, demonstrations or discussions
• Include the following in your submission:
• Workshop or session title
• Facilitator list (please include name, contact, degrees/certifications, title, institution, and short bio of 150 words or less)
• Brief abstract describing the proposal topic (400 words max)
• 1-3 learning objectives and a summary of activities that will take place during the session
• Facilities required
• Maximum number of participants per session
