The Audit Plan lays out the thematic audit projects and works to be undertaken in the year for approval by the President and the Audit Committee. Project teams with required expertise will be set up for execution of the audit projects. Any variation to the Plan will be reviewed with the President and the Audit Committee accordingly to accommodate for reprioritized projects or urgent management requests. Progress on completion of the Audit Plan will be reported to the President and the Audit Committee at the end of the year.
