Ms Pearl Chan is a start-up and innovation builder with experience spanning venture support and ecosystem development across Asia and the UK. She is currently a Startup Business Development Manager at AWS Hong Kong, where she works with early-stage and high-growth companies to scale on the cloud and expand globally.

Previously, Ms Chan managed the start-up programme “Start-up Express” at the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, supporting founders through business matching and international market access.

Ms Chan graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong with a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge.
