My journey as an Inclusion Ambassadors (IA) began as a small decision, yet it unfolded into one of the most transformative chapters of my life. Through it, I discovered unexpected truths about connection and my own values. It started with learning those diagnostic terms — Autism Spectrum Disorder, Speech and Language Impairment, Visual impairment — and moving to understand their characteristics, difficulties and needs behind them. The Inclusion Ambassadors (IA) program has built an extraordinary bridge and the significance of creating the space of genuine presence. Sometimes, the strongest support comes from a quiet and consistent companionship. It is the sincerity behind that builds lasting trust and confidence. This introspective journey has gifted me with a powerful and influential realization: I am deserving and reliable. While I tried to confront my limits and vulnerabilities, I was never alone. The unwavering support from my teams became my anchor. Learning to be a caring leader was challenging, yet profoundly inspiring. I learned to value my own ability while embracing imperfections, and to trust in the strengths of others. Time and again, I realized what we were doing was worthwhile and collaborative. This conviction crystallized during every activity. Certain moments remain vivid in my mind. At our IDEA Campaign booth, a participant told me, “This is such meaningful work and you guys are appreciated.” Moreover, I also encountered deep curiosity about Special Educational Needs (SEN) types and we exchanged insights and clarified how our support worked in practice. The questions and appreciation from the public, and the satisfaction and joy from Special Educational Needs (SEN) students illustrated the fact that our acts were creating ripples of awareness and gradual change. Everything started with a small decision. The connection I found, the sparks of light I witnessed, and the value I hold — all are deeply cherishable. Finally, I carry forward a sincere hope that everyone, in your own orbit, may shine with your own radiant light.
