Inclusion Ambassador @ Caring League
Inclusion Ambassador (IA) is one of the teams in CityUHK Caring League. We recruit CityUHK students as ambassadors to support peers with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to adjust to CityUHK and promote an inclusive campus culture. A series of training workshops and a training camp will be provided to IAs to facilitate their helping skills and knowledge of SEN.
Through training on knowledge of different types of SEN, concepts of Inclusion and Equity, students will be able to think in multiple perspectives and adopt a Need-Based and Person-Centred attitude in order to promote an inclusive campus culture with innovation and creativity.

Employability Strengthening for Students with SEN
The SEN Support Service team provides employability training, including internship-related programmes and workshops that enhance students’ job-related skills, knowledge, and self-confidence. Targeted support is also offered to senior-year SEN students, such as transition-to-workplace workshops and individual professional career coaching. These initiatives are designed to deepen students’ understanding of career development and workplace readiness.
