Dr Wang Xin Sunny was presented with the Faculty Service Award at the 2017 Graduation Ceremony on 21 November 2017.
The Department shows great recognition of Dr Wang for his creative idea that led to a unique design of the Department logo. The distinct logo is based on a concept of culture fusion, Chinese and Western, and captures important elements of physics.
The Department established the Faculty Service Award in 2016 to recognize individual faculty members who have made outstanding contributions to the Department.
