OBJECTIVES

The aim of this Workshop on Applied Mathematics is to share and discuss some of the latest trends and developments in fields of applied analysis.  It also aims to further strengthen collaboration between the City University of Hong Kong and the Shanghai Jiao Tong University.  We believe that the workshop will play a role to stimulate further research on applied mathematics and will provide an opportunity to meet researchers working in different areas and have fruitful discussions. This workshop will act as a vehicle to stimulate and prompt research in this important field of mathematics.
