Mentorship Scheme

Starting a business may not be easy. It would be even tougher if you are doing it alone. With the HK Tech 300 Mentorship Scheme, start-ups will be guided and coached by mentors from relevant business fields to help them meet real-life challenges along their entrepreneurship journey.

The mentors are seasoned entrepreneurs, industrialists and professionals from diversified industries and backgrounds. They include the members of Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce (HKGCC), Chinese General Chamber of Commerce (CGCC), Federation of Hong Kong Industries (FHKI), Chinese Manufacturers' Association of Hong Kong (CMA), CityUHK Eminence Society, CityUHK Business & Industrial Club (CUBIC), etc.

Mr Thomas Tam has over 16 years of experience in finance and capital markets. He holds the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) qualification and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI).

Mr Tam has worked at multiple financial institutions, including senior management roles at a Nasdaq-listed licensed securities and digital assets company. His professional scope covers securities trading, investment banking, financial advisory, Web3.0 fintech, and digital assets.
