Course Aims

This course aims to:

  • Explore Collaborative Concepts: Provide students with a comprehensive understanding of collaborative activities with parties both internal and external to the organization.
  • Understand Innovation Collaboration: Introduce concepts of innovation collaboration, including:

Transformative Collaboration: Focus on driving significant change within the organization.

Collaborative Innovation: Focus on creating new ideas and solutions through teamwork

  • Analyse Contextual Factors: Develop students' ability to identify and analyse contextual factors that influence collaborative activities.
  • Equip with Practical Skills: Equip students with skills associated with innovative collaborative activities in a business setting.
  • Achieve Successful Outcomes: Enhance students' abilities to achieve successful outcomes in collaborative activities with internal and external parties.
