The aim or objective of the course to take participants through the arbitral process for international arbitration, from legal structure, New York Convention, UNCITRAL Model Law, arbitration Rules to each of the steps from commencement of arbitration leading to the drafting of an award, set aside and enforcement. Upon completion, each participant should have learned about the procedural and related legal and other issues that pertain to international arbitration and will be able to deal with such issues in practice.
