This course aims to introduce the study of financial laws and regulations, and the regulatory framework within which the business and public sector operate in Hong Kong and China, and to study the rules governing the operation of multinational organizations operating in the Chinese Mainland. It also aims to allow students to develop advanced knowledge of the substantive rules in respect of business and financial systems in the Chinese organizations.
