Library Subscription

Alumni who possess a valid CityUHK Mobile ID and/or a CityUHK Alumni Card are eligible to apply for Alumni Library Services, either as a Borrower or a Reader.

(1) Reader Access
Subscribers to the Reader package may access the Run Run Shaw Library and use its collections without borrowing privileges during regular term time.

• Partial Access Arrangements will apply during the Revision and Examination Periods of Semesters A and B each academic year.

(2) Borrower Access
Subscribers to the Borrower package may access the Run Run Shaw Library with borrowing privileges of up to 10 items for 30 days throughout the valid service period.

• Borrowing applies to CityUHK circulation books only.
• Materials in the Media Resources Collection are for in-library use only.
• For other materials, please consult the respective service counters for eligibility and loan periods.
