Department of Mathematics Alumni Reception

The Department of Mathematics (MA) organised an alumni reception on Saturday, 22 April 2023 to bring together their alumni and faculty members at CityU campus.

After Prof. Daniel Ho, Chair Professor (MA) and Associate Dean (Undergraduate Education) of the College of Science welcomed the participants, Prof. Ya Yan Lu, Professor and Head (MA) updated the alumni about the department’s news. This was followed by Dr Wing Tat Leung, Assistant Professor (MA), who shared his research highlights. The seminar ended with an insightful presentation by alumna Ms Elizabeth Kwong.

The event concluded with a nice lunch gathering at Lodge Bistro, where the alumni and faculty members of the department had a great time connecting and exchanging updates with each other.
