CityUHK Class Ambassadors Kick-off 2026

The CityUHK Class Ambassadors Kick-off 2026 was successfully held on 18 April 2026 at the CityUHK Alumni Lounge. The event brought together approximately 70 Class Ambassadors and 13 Alumni Leaders from various industries and alumni groups, fostering a vibrant atmosphere of mentorship and connection.

The programme began with a warm welcome by Ms Grace Liang, Director of the Alumni Relations Office (ARO), followed by an introduction to the CityUHK Convocation - a statutory body representing the University’s alumni community by Mr Gabriel Ho, Chairman of Convocation. A key highlight of the event was the inspiring panel discussion, “Beyond the Degree: How to Become an ‘Agile Professional’ in a Fast‑Changing World”. The Panel featured Ms Fiona Lam, Mr Santa Lau, Ms Roberta Lee, and Mr Kenneth Kwong who shared practical insights on career growth and cultivating adaptability in today’s dynamic environments.

Following the panel discussion, the Class Ambassadors engaged in deep-dive group discussions with the Alumni Leaders. The event received enthusiastic feedback from Alumni Leaders and Class Ambassadors, who described the event as a meaningful mentorship experience that reflected the CityUHK spirit of mutual support and lifelong connection.

The Class Ambassadors are part of the CityUHK Alumni Ambassador Scheme, which serves as a bridge for alumni to contribute to the University's development through voluntary services. This initiative fosters a strong alumni support network and nurtures a caring culture within the University community.
