Trainee Solicitor – 2027 Intake

Job Description

·         Conducting legal research

·         Attend meetings in office, court, or client’s offices.

·         Drafting, editing, proofreading and translation of legal documents

·         Preparing presentation material

·         Areas of practice – Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, Corporate M&A, Corporate Commercial, Intellectual Property, Litigation and Disputes Resolution, Private Clients

The ideal candidate should be

·         Law graduate with P.C.L.L and strong academic record 

·         Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin 

·         Responsible, self-motivated, organized and a good team player

·         Proactive, responsible and keen to learn
