Office & Operations Executive

Lanton is a boutique international real estate investment firm looking for an organised and dependable Office & Operations Executive to support our Hong Kong office and Managing Director.
This is a broad, hands-on role suited to someone in the earlier stage of their career who enjoys working in a small, entrepreneurial environment.
The role covers office administration, business operations and executive support, including coordination with our accountants, company secretary, banks and other professional service providers.
We are less concerned about your university major or previous real estate experience. We value someone who is responsible, organised, careful with details and willing to take ownership.

- Maintain company and corporate records
- Coordinate with accountants, company secretary, banks and professional service providers
- Organise invoices, receipts, bank statements and accounting records

- Experience in administration, operations, customer service, project coordination, professional services or sales support is useful but not essential
- Highly organised, dependable and attentive to detail
- Strong sense of ownership and able to follow matters through independently
- Comfortable with invoices, expenses and basic financial records
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good English and Chinese; Mandarin required
- Comfortable working directly with senior management in a small business
The Person Who Will Do Well Here
This role suits someone who prefers a small, professional environment where individual contribution is visible and trusted, rather than a highly structured large corporation.
You should be comfortable handling both important and routine matters, from coordinating with professional advisers and preparing documents to checking invoices and following up on outstanding items in office administrative support.
We value reliability, judgment and attention to detail more than job title or corporate pedigree. For the right person, the role can develop into broader responsibility for the operations and administration of our Hong Kong office.
