Account Officer / Senior Account Officer

Job Responsibilities:

The right candidate will be assigned to handle the following duties:

- Brainstorm and implement PR plans

- Draft press materials, such as invitations, releases, and prepare media kits

- Build strong relationships with the media on behalf of our clients

- Work closely with clients and liaise with various contractors

- Actively pitch media - including print, electronic and social media

- Manage digital content, website and on-site event posting on social media & develop strategies for different clients’ business objectives

- Provide logistics and operational support for PR events and exhibitions

- Previous journalist, PR, marketing or event management experience is a plus

- Fresh graduates will be considered Account Officers. Candidates with more working experience will be considered for the post of “Senior Account Officer” or Assistant Account Manager

Requirements:

- Tertiary education with a major preferably in Communications, Creative Media, Arts or Humanities;

- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);

- Stay on top of best practices across various social channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, YouTube, Weibo etc.

- Willing to travel to Mainland China or overseas;

- Creative, outgoing, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility;

- Able to meet tight deadlines; 

- Immediate availability is highly preferred
