We’re delighted to welcome Prof. Qiancheng WANG as an Presidential Assistant Professor to our faculty!

Prof. Wang’s research leverages digital twin technology to improve smart city decision-making, focusing on dynamic urban modelling and the innovative integration of heterogeneous data for sustainable development. He earned his PhD in Land Economy and his MPhil in Architecture and Urban Studies from the University of Cambridge, after obtaining a First-Class Bachelor’s degree in Building Engineering and Management from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Prof. Wang has contributed to leading research projects, published over 30 SCI/SSCI articles with more than 1,000 citations, received over 20 academic awards. He also serves as a peer reviewer for more than 30 international journals.
