Public Talks on BEAM Plus Existing Building (EB) v2.0

BEAM Plus Existing Buildings is a green building rating tool for existing building stocks. With the local context in mind, the tool will be instrumental to the green transformation of existing buildings in Hong Kong. A revamped version of this tool, BEAM Plus Existing Buildings (EB) v2.0 will be released soon. This tool contains major amendments to the guideline, it aims to encourage more participation in "Greening" existing buildings; to encourage more energy saving towards the targets set forth in the Energy Saving Plan and to educate and induce behavioural change among building occupants.
