The long-standing issue of used engine oil disposal has been regarded as a significant impediment to the attainment of urban sustainability. In response, they have pioneered a low-carbon and energy-reduced waste management strategy that upcycles used engine oil into concrete. This strategically upcycling innovation promises not only to strengthen long-term, city-wide decarbonization but also to cultivate the development of sustainable construction materials for large-scale, industrial-level implementation.
