The Chartered Institute of Building (Hong Kong) (CIOB(HK)) will host an one-day conference entitled "Construction Management Mastermind: Striving to Excellence" on Friday 12 September 2014 to highlight the professional provisions and contribution by construction managers during the construction process from the earliest inception stage of a project, then through planning, design and to production, and also with management of the improvement development including adaptation, maintenance, restoration, conservation, management, evaluation and recycling to facilities management. The Conference aims at bringing different spheres of the industry all together to share ideas, experiences, and to promote construction management on new dimensions. The Conference will be followed by the CIOB(HK) Annual Dinner at New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel (rebranding of the Hotel Nikko Hongkong).
