The CityUHK Chatbot was created to give CityUHK Staff and Students a secure and confidential generative AI environment.
Like all chatbots, the CityUHK Chatbot leverages off LLMs to perform various tasks, including answering questions, generating ideas, completing sentences, and engaging in conversations.

As of April 2026, The CityUHK Chatbot Service has access to GPT-5 mini, GPT-5.2 (ChatGPT), DeepSeek R1, and DeepSeek V4 Flash.
