Head, Digital Consulting, Digital Transformation Division, Hong Kong Productivity Council

Mr Leslie Lee joined the Digital Transformation Division of Hong Kong Productivity Council in 2020, spearheading the Digital Consulting Unit on industry engagement, solutions and partnerships, and research and analytics with the aim of facilitating the digital transformation of local enterprises across industries in Hong Kong.

Prior to joining HKPC, Mr Lee had assumed managerial roles in a number of multinationals and start-ups in diverse industries including telecommunications, beauty, tobacco, digital music and social live streaming. During his tenure in LOREAL HK, BIOTHERM HOMME was made the best-selling men’s care brand in the selective market, and the champion of “The Best Men Care Brand Award” for three consecutive years. During his appointment as the regional brand manager in BRITISH AMERICAN TOBACCO, he launched the industry-first “Digital Lounge” to lead the interactive consumer engagement in Asia. Being the General Manager of the digital music start-up, SOLITON, he managed to establish a solid network of partnerships and distribution that helped fuel the growth of the business, which was eventually acquired by a HK listed company in a 5-year term.

Mr Lee obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and Master of Science in Financial Analysis degree from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He also received the certificate of completion of the “Digital Transformation Strategies” from Judge Business School Executive Education, University of Cambridge.
