“Lectures here at CityUHK are multidimensional. There are courses focusing on construction economics and technology, but there are also classes to learn architectural drawings for different construction projects. Nonetheless students are equipped with profound understanding in construction contracts and legal matters as well. CityUHK also offers students practical experience during classes, e.g., fieldwork to learn what practitioners do in construction. The hands-on experience improved my skills and boosted my confidence for future practice. Besides, a variety of career talks and career fairs were held for students to apply for desired jobs, all these events have brought me one step closer to my dream as a future surveyor!“
