How to Apply
Students must be nominated by their College or School in order to be considered for the Student Exchange Programme. Students who wish to apply should:
Identify up to eight programmes at Institutional, College, School and Departmental levels (max. of 4 I-level programmes) from the List of Partner Institutions that fit in with their study plan and interests.
Consult their academic advisor or exchange coordinator on the suitability of their proposed exchange study plan and how to proceed.
Complete the Student Exchange Application Form in AIMS (under "Student Services") during the scheduled application period.
The second-round application usually takes place in August-September. Please visit us nearer the time for update.
Note: Selected candidates must provide all necessary documents and pay a Caution Money of HK$1,000 when they accept the exchange offer from the University. Caution Money is refundable upon programme completion to the full satisfaction of the University.
