SOS E-mail

 

Have you ever experienced an urgent computer problem, only to call the Computing Services Centre Hotline but find you cannot get through? If your answer is yes, here is a solution for you. SOS is the Computing Services Centre (CSC) Hotline e-mail account for staff to report their computer problems swiftly.

Once we receive electronic messages, we will categorize them and act accordingly. This emergency service is an alternative to our telephone CSC Hotline that enables you to report your computer problem, even when the problem is not an urgent one, to us in a more efficient way. If your computer doesn't work, then send us e-mail on another PC.

If you have suggestions, please e-mail our account CC or put them on PolyLink's bulletin board number ten, CC Connection - Suggestions & Queries. The CC account can also be used for routine correspondence and network messages.
