Last week, the newest member of the OHRP, Maria Jose Robles-Malagamba, attended the 25th Biennial Conference on the Biology of Marine Mammals, in Perth, Western Australia. During the conference, Maria participated with an oral presentation on the use of ultrasonography as a diagnostics tool to assess mammary glands in Atlantic bottlenose dolphins (Tursiops truncatus) under human care. This presentation is part of her PhD thesis at City University of Hong Kong.
