• Assist in integrating and building automation tools for solutions development
• Work with a DevOps team and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations
• To ensure continuous delivery with high reliability and operational performance to meet SLAs
• To deliver professional services ranging from server platforms, virtualization solutions, backup and recovery to storage system solutions
• Support installation and maintenance of computer & network connectivity
• Perform routine maintenance, installation, commissioning, performance adjustment, analyst, and software upgrade of client computer, networking equipment, and file server
• Provide helpdesk and deskside end-user IT support and troubleshooting, as well as handle server troubleshooting and Active Directory administration
