About the role
We are looking for motivated fresh graduates to join our Banking and Capital Markets Technology Consulting team. As a Graduate Analyst, you will help leading financial institutions design and implement innovative technology solutions across fintech, digital assets, and AI-driven transformation programs. This role is ideal for graduates passionate about applying technology to solve real-world business challenges in the financial sector.

Key responsibilities
• Support client projects by gathering and analyzing market trends, business insights, business requirements, documenting processes, and preparing presentations or reports.
• Work with teams to explore and assess traditional and emerging technologies such as Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Generative AI (GenAI).
• Assist in technology project delivery — from solution research and requirement documentation to system testing and deployment coordination.
• Help prepare client deliverables such as process flow diagrams, business requirement documents (BRDs), and user stories.
• Support in user acceptance testing related activities such as test case design, development and execution if needed
• Participate in internal initiatives and research related to fintech, DLT/Tokenization trends, AI innovation, and new regulatory developments in banking and capital markets.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutions.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong interest in banking and capital markets and emerging financial technologies.
• Foundational understanding or academic exposure to DLT/blockchain, AI/ML, or GenAI concepts.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Effective communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) or agile methodologies is an advantage.
• Familiarity with visualization or collaboration tools (e.g., Miro, Visio, Jira, Confluence) is a plus.

Preferred attributes
• Passion for fintech innovation and eagerness to learn how financial institutions adopt new technologies responsibly.
• Curiosity about tokenization, digital assets, and AI-driven transformation in banking.
• Willingness to take initiative, collaborate across teams, and think creatively about client challenges.
• Internship or capstone project experience in technology, data, or financial services is an advantage.
